To achieve perfect symmetry and durability, every piece is individually shaped in precision molds, meticulously finished by hand, and examined through three stages of rigorous quality control.

Our crystal is independently tested to meet US and Australian food-safety standards, ensuring every sip is pure and worry-free.

Each set is secured in two layers of dense, custom-cut foam inside a sleek, gift-ready box, delivering protection and a striking unboxing moment.

  • It isn’t modelled on any one person - our design team 3D-modelled it to be stylish and elegant (never vulgar 😅) while perfectly functional as a glass.

  • We wrap the glasses in two layers of dense foam inside a strong box, so they arrive safe and ready to toast.

  • While we do everything possible to protect your order, shipping can occasionally be rough. If a glass arrives broken, don’t worry - we stand behind every order with our satisfaction guarantee. Send us your order info and a quick photo, and we’ll send a free replacement without delay.

  • We want you to love every part of your experience, and we’re here to make things right if something isn’t perfect. We offer a 14-day refund policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us if there’s an issue with your order.

    Because each piece of our glassware is handmade and delicate, we unfortunately can’t accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll work with you to find the best solution - this may include sending a replacement or, if needed, issuing a full refund.

  • United States: Orders ship from our warehouses in Denver, CO and San Bernardino, CA. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.


    Australia: Orders ship from Sydney, with delivery also usually taking 2–5 business days, depending on where you are.

  • Not at the moment. We currently ship only within the USA and Australia - but stay tuned! We’re planning to launch international shipping in 2026.

    To ensure every piece is consistent in shape and form, our artisans hand-pour molten crystal into precision molds, then finish and polish each glass by hand.

    After forming, every piece passes through three stages of rigorous quality checks so only the finest glasses make it to you.

    Production takes place in a specialized glassmaking workshop in China.
