We want you to love every part of your Klinkys experience. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right.

We offer a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to get in touch if there’s an issue with your order.

Because our glassware is delicate and handmade, we don’t accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do everything we can to fix the issue. This may include sending out a replacement — or, if needed, issuing a full refund.

To help us resolve things quickly, we’ll ask for clear photos of the issue so we can assess what went wrong and take the right steps to make it right.
