Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within:

  • The continental United States

  • Australia

At this time, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii. We’re working on expanding our reach — stay tuned.

Shipping Within the United States

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground from our fulfillment partner in the U.S. Standard delivery typically takes approximately 3 business days, though timing may vary depending on your location.

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping or delivery outside of the continental U.S.

Shipping Within Australia

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post, with standard delivery typically taking 3–5 business days. All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse.

Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but due to the fragile nature of glassware, items may occasionally arrive damaged due to rough handling during transit.

If your product arrives broken or defective, please email us at info@klinkys.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement and/or refund.

We ask that you carefully dispose of any damaged glassware.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love every part of your Klinkys experience. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right.

We offer a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us if there's a problem with your order.

Because our glassware is handmade and delicate, we do not accept returns. However, if your item doesn’t meet expectations or arrives damaged, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. This may involve sending a replacement or, if needed, providing a full refund.
